Açıklamak

Peki ama ya açıklayabilmek gerekmiyorsa? Açıklayabilmek? O hep gerekir. Ama ya “açıklama” dediğimiz şeyi yanlış anlamlandırıyorsak? Ancak ve sadece aklımızla sözüm ona rasyonelleştirilmiş açıklamalar yapmakla indirgemeci davranmış olmuyor muyuz? Demem o ki, tüm bu olan bitenler son kertede “erkek” şeyler değil mi? Erkeklerin dünyasının mantık ve bilim kavramlarıyla uydurulmuş yöntemlerin genel geçer olduğunu iddia etmek o kadar kolay olmasa gerek.
Tamam, anlıyorum, elimizde bundan iyisi yok şu anda. Hatta bundan başka da pek bir şey yok. Ama ya “Sana hak veriyorum ve doğru söylediğini anlıyorum; yine de bir şeyler eksik kalıyor” deyişinde de haklılık payı varsa? Bir şeyin doğru olup olmadığını şu şu yöntemlerle belirlenir, deyip kestirip atmak kolay; ama o “yöntem”lerin doğru yöntemler olduğunu ispata çalışırken hangi yöntemi kullanacağız?
Erkekler bilim yapmak için mi daha uygun; yoksa tersten mi düşünmeli soruyu: Bilim, erkekler tarafından üretilmiş olup, inşası itibariyle erkeklere daha uygun mu demeli? Yani, erkeklerin bilim yapmaya uygunluğu tanım gereği olabilir mi?
Hem Almanca hem Fransızca’da bilim feminin ön ek alıyor, erkekler durumu çoktan fark edip kafa karıştırmaya çalışıyor olabilirler mi?
Soru sormak işin basit kısmı. Cevap? Yok. Şimdilik? Belki hiç. O niye o? Bu soruları soran bir erkek olunca cevap konusunda tereddüt etmek mecburi. Düşünmek bedava. Üstelik onlarca soru sorduğu dertten muzdarip bile değilse, hobi olarak bile merak edebilir insan. Oysa gerçek dünya, kağıt üzerinde değil her zaman.
Kimseye haber vermeden sessizce uzaklaşmalı insan.



To explain

What if one does not have to explain? Explain? That we always must. But what if “explanation” –as we call it– has a misinterpreted meaning? Don’t we act reductionist when we do –so to say– rational explanations only with our minds? What I mean is, aren’t all these things ultimately “male”? It can’t be that easy to assert that the methods made up by logic and science concepts of the world of men are de facto true.
Okay, I see, we don’t have anything better than that. Also, we don’t have much other than that. But still, what if you are right when you say “I acknowledge you are right ve I understand that what you say is true; but still there is something missing.” ? It’s easy to settle once and for all that truth is determined with this and that methods; but which methods should we use to prove that those methods are the true methods to use?
Are men more suitable for science; or should we think reversely: Is it more correct to say “Science, being created by men, is by construction more suitable to men.” In other words, can it be possible that men’s suitableness for science is by definition?
Both in German and in French, science has a feminin prefix, is it that men already realized the situation and are trying to confuse others?
Asking questions is the easy part of it. Answers? None. For now? Maybe never. And why is that? It’s compulsive to hesitate about answers when the person who is asking questions is a man. Thinking is free of charge. Besides, if one is not the person who is suffering from the troubles s/he is asking lots of questions about, curiosity can be a hobby. However real world is not on a piece of paper all the time.
One should move away without notifying anyone.
